Globus Ami Pro is equipped with 4 channels which, through neuromuscular stimulation, promote muscle trophism and the improvement of proprioceptive sensitivity, counteracting the effects of dysphagia.

• This electrostimulator is equipped with the Action Now function: by pressing a button on the device it is possible to activate the muscles and allow the patient to swallow voluntarily.
• This electrostimulator also aims to re-educate the muscles involved in swallowing.
• The NMES wave is a square wave generated respecting the guidelines of the scientific literature that has highlighted the effective effectiveness of this type of therapy for dysphagia. Furthermore, electrostimulation with NEMS allows a non-invasive neuromuscular stimulation and a lower impact on the psycho-physical well-being of the patient compared to traditional methods.
• Ami Pro has several stimulation programs proposed with different parameters to allow the most appropriate choice of the work cycle. In addition, the programs can be modified to easily adapt to the therapy prescribed by the doctor.
• Ami Pro is a professional CE medical device and is used exclusively under medical prescription and supervision.

Programs:

•   Dysphagia Programs 1 - 3: Parameters are fixed, not variable.
•   Dysphagia Programs 2 - 36: With fixed and non-adjustable parameters, divided into different types of work cycle (ratio of work time-rest time).
•   Dysphagia Programs 3 - 5: The Dysphagia 3 area contains the Action Now programs. These programs are characterized by the fact that each contraction starts only after the user holds down the * button. ACTION NOW programs are particularly useful in being able to associate and synchronize electrical stimulation with a voluntary action.
•   Adjustable - 36 programs: Programs with adjustable parameters: Duty cycle (ratio of work time to rest time), treatment duration (30-45-60 minutes), pulse width, frequency and total duration.
•   Facial - 20 programs: The list of facial programs includes a total of 20 divided (Standard, Advanced, Action Now).
