Duoderm a sterile hydrostatic ydropolymeres hydrocolloid pad consisting of two layers: a. The inner layer which contacts the wound and is composed of hydrophilic polymer components (polysaccharides) such as gelatin (collagen and other proteins) pectin, cellulose (alginikis origin mainly from brown seaweed), joined in an adhesive polymer and. the outer waterproof layer of polyurethane sponge.
The hydrostatic components of the dressing Duoderm allilepridroun ml wet wound, create a humid environment, forming a jelly ideal for accelerating and stabilizing the process of healing, removing nekromata (causing dissolution of the fibrous tissue), inducing the formation of granulation tissue promoting epithelialization and epitachynontastin angiogenesis.
Meanwhile Duoderm protects the wound from external factors, reduces chances of local infection by preventing the entry of microorganisms in the wound site, provide thermal insulation, is waterproof, allows local hygiene and
removed without injuring the newly formed tissue.
DUODERM PATCHES USE:
There are two ways to use a specific patch. The first is as a simple patch to surface without depth slightly exudative bedtime. If the bed is heavily exuding we can use the Combiderm. The second way is: apply the patch in the form of gauze into the wound of decubitus (we assume that we are dealing with deep, exuding bedtime), using as many dressings need or a string (eg excellent, highly absorbent, unique gaza- patch

Indications: Skin ulcers, pressure sores, leg ulcers, chronic ulcers, diabetic ulcers, first and second burns, transplants (donor)

Duoderm Idrogel
- Sterile, transparent gel, made of hydrocolloid ingredients for use in relatively dry or nekromata wounds.
- The Duoderm Idrogel maintain the desired moisture level at the wound surface, absorbing or giving liquid, depending on its condition.
- Promotes autolysis helps remove devitalized and unwanted tissues and stimulate the growth of new granulation tissue.
