Genuine replacement frame for the ResMed AirTouch N30i

The frame is both the skeleton of the AirTouch N30i and its air conduit: airflow enters through the elbow at the top of your head and travels down the side channels of the frame to the cushion. Over time the frame loses its springiness and the fabric cover wears, and the mask stops sitting where it should. The genuine ResMed replacement frame 62328 restores the original fit without replacing the entire mask.

Size

There are two sizes Standard and Small. Standard is the more widely used of the two frame sizes in the 30i range and suits the majority of wearers. Note that frame size is set by the distance from the nose to the top of the head and is completely independent of cushion size. A Standard frame paired with a Small-Wide cushion is a perfectly normal combination.

The size is printed on the side of the frame you are currently using. If it reads S, you need part number 62329 instead.

The cushion and headgear are not included. If you need a frame together with a cushion, the correct product is the AirTouch N30i Frame System.

Compatibility

The frame accepts the cushions of the ResMed 30i series:

• AirTouch N30i ComfiSoft cushions
• AirFit N30i cushions
• AirFit P30i nasal pillow cushions

It is used with ResMed headgear 63814, sold separately. It is not compatible with the AirMini device.

When to replace it

ResMed's component replacement guidance places the frame at a three-month interval. Replace it sooner if you see cracks or tears in the fabric, or if the frame no longer holds the mask securely in place.

Cleaning and care

1. Clean the frame and elbow weekly.
2. Soak them in warm water, around 30 °C, with a mild liquid detergent.
3. Hand wash, using a soft bristle brush where needed.
4. Rinse thoroughly under running water.
5. Air dry out of direct sunlight.
