OtoClear Aquabot® Soft, Conical, Triple-Stream Nozzle
Eliminates discomfort, improves patient safety, and is compatible with a variety of delivery devices, allowing customization based on the needs of each setting.
Traditional Irrigation System
The most common cause of external ear hearing loss is earwax (earwax plug), which acts like an earplug and can potentially cause ear barotrauma. The traditional irrigation system sprays water directly into the ear canal, which can be dangerous and carries the risk of perforating the eardrum.
OtoClear Aquabot® Irrigation System
The nozzles of the OtoClear Aquabot® ear irrigation system direct water towards the ear canal wall in three different streams, instead of spraying directly onto the tympanic membrane. The nozzle is also designed with soft, flexible material for patient comfort and a conical shape to prevent splashing and excessive insertion. It provides a continuous flow without manual pumping. It offers a larger volume compared to syringes or other manual devices. Efficient design allows for a two-handed procedure.
