Holter Rhythm 12-Lead & 48h Contec TLC6000
Includes ECG recorder and software that can be connected to a computer system or laser printer. The recorder features built-in flash storage for increased memory capacity. The 1000 samples per second sampling rate optimizes waveform quality.
The complete Contec TLC6000 Holter Rhythm package records the patient's electrocardiogram over 24 hours. The package includes the 12-channel ambulatory ECG recorder and software.
Main Features of the Recording Unit
- Reliable operation with shock-resistant design.
- Compact size, with a built-in 0.96" OLED screen.
- Offers waveform preview and recording review functions.
- Precise recording of start time with sampling data.
- Built-in SD memory card for data storage.
- 1GB capacity for storing data in its original form without compression.
- Average incident preview time of less than 40 seconds.
- Records extensive high-sample-rate waveform information.
- Pacemaker recording with higher sampling frequency.
- Records 24-hour DECG (Differentiated ECG) with the same standards as a regular ECG.
Main Features of the Software
- Compatible with Microsoft Windows.
- 3 or 12 independent recording channels (depending on the recording unit).
- Automatic detection and classification of arrhythmias based on criteria that can be adjusted by the user.
- Features a reliable morphology recognition algorithm and performs dynamic classification into groups, allowing for rapid and efficient confirmation or correction by the analyzing physician.
- Performs RR interval variation analysis and heart rate variability analysis in both time domain and frequency domain.
- In the time domain of “Heart Rate Variability,” parameters are calculated as referenced in international literature, with user-selectable small time intervals for analysis from the entire 24-hour recording.
- In the frequency domain of “Heart Rate Variability,” spectral analysis is calculated in 3 frequency bands: very low frequency, low frequency, high frequency.
- Performs ST segment analysis across all three channels with the ability to reassess results after adjusting the J and Q points.
- Recognizes and analyzes pacemaker ECGs from single- or dual-chamber pacemakers, providing histograms of native and paced contractions (not included in the standard equipment).
- Data analysis time is short (no longer than 1-2 minutes, depending on the capabilities of the existing PC), and the data analysis printout time is fast, not exceeding 5 minutes for a full printout (depending on the capabilities of the existing printer).
- Offers the ability to store full recordings on the PC's hard drive or on a CD, occupying minimal space (ECG signal file: 30-35 MB; analysis file: 10-15 MB).
- Simultaneous arrhythmia detection across all three channels.
- Automatic signal calibration in all channels independently ensures the use of the entire available dynamic range.
- Color indication display screen.
- Capable of Detection, Review, and Processing for qualitative evaluation of VE, VT, Single SVE, PSVT, Pause, Irregular Rhythm, VT, IVR, Bradycardia, Tachycardia, Couplets, ST segment elevation and depression, maximum, minimum, and average Heart Rates, and artificial segments.
- Reliability control tool for pulse classification that makes correction easy and effective.
- Hourly summary in tabular format of all quantitative results.
- Available printing of all recorded ECG signals.
