Electrostimulator Globus Genesy 1500 G3554

Globus Genesy 1500 is a second generation professional electrostimulator, born from a new hardware and software project that has implemented the potential for use in the medical, rehabilitation and physiotherapy fields.

  • The technologies used are the most advanced and allow an extremely easy and safe use of the stimulator in any therapeutic situation.
  • This stimulator is programmable and allows professional users to create specific programs with customized parameters and to store them.
  • The Genesy 1500 electrostimulator is equipped with 3 new innovative technologies destined to revolutionize the use of electrostimulation in the aesthetic, sports and medical fields: 3S technology (Serial Sequential Stimulation), Action Now and Easy Program.

Types of current:

  • EMS
  • TENS
  • MCR
  • KOTZ
  • DENERVED
  • INTERFERENTIAL
  • IONOPHORESIS

Serial Sequentional Stimulation “3S”: True revolution in the medical and physiotherapy field as it allows to stimulate the muscles involved in a sequential way. In this way the natural movement is replicated thanks to the activation in different times of the involved muscle groups.

The “3S” programs are characterized by a delay in the activation of channels 3 and 4 compared to channels 1 and 2. The Serial Sequential Stimulation allows to stimulate the muscles in the kinetic chain thanks to different activation times of the involved muscle groups. By 'delay time' we mean the delay seconds with which the next impulse starts.

Action Now: Allows you to activate muscle contraction through an external command managed by an operator; in this way it is possible to associate the stimulation with the voluntary contraction of the subject, obtaining a greater recruitment of muscle fibers and an important coordinative effect.

“Easy Program” Electrotherapy Menu: A section where you can quickly set a program by choosing the desired parameters (time, frequency, body part) and carry out specific treatments using the EMS and Russian currents (Kotz).

Main Features

  • Multi-User: possibility to memorize up to 25 different users and to create a library of customized programs according to individual objectives.
  • Automatic Mode (AUTO STIM®): allows you to run a program automatically without having to manually intervene on the intensity adjustment.
  • Syncrostim: by acting on a single button it is possible to increase the intensity of the 4 channels simultaneously.
  • Run Time Function: this function allows you to change the time, frequency and pulse width during the treatment.
  • Programmable: 15 free memories, only EMS and TENS.
  • Function 2 + 2: possibility of running two different programs at the same time.
  • Favorites: possibility to memorize up to 30 programs per user.
  • Last 10: stores the last 10 programs executed.
  • Work Time: indicates the total time of use of the appliance.
  • My Trainer: displays the positioning of the electrodes.
  • Stim Lock

Considerable attention has been paid to making the use of the machine more intuitive and easier for users.

Programs

Rehab

Rehabilitation programs use EMS currents to restore normal conditions of muscle efficiency in post-injury recovery treatments.
Muscle stimulation is also a useful tool in some situations where normal neuro-muscular function is compromised.

  • Swollen ankles
  • Quadriceps atrophy
  • Hemiplegia-Upper Limbs
  • Lower-limb hemiplegia
  • Recovery after ACL surgery
  • Functional recovery of the lower limbs
  • Multiple Sclerosis - Ried. ankle
  • Multiple Sclerosis - Ried. leg
  • Multiple sclerosis - Muscle spasms
  • Shoulder Subluxation Prevention
  • Vasto Medial Reinforcement for Patello-Femoral Syndrome
Tens

Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. Transcutaneous electrical stimulation (TENS) is an analgesic stimulation that is performed with impulses that reach the peripheral nervous system through electrodes placed on the area to be treated. TENS stimulation is performed with symmetrical biphasic pulses and with frequencies that can vary from 8 to 200 Hz.

Mens (MCR)

MENS currents use currents whose intensity is between 10 and 500 µA (microamps, ie one millionth of an ampere).
Normally MENS therapy involves two distinct phases, the first of which aims to reduce the painful sensation perceived by the patient, while the second phase promotes protein and ATP synthesis by accelerating tissue repair processes.

Interferential

This particular type of current is called interferential because it creates an interference zone within the tissues at the point where the fields cross. The interferential current is an alternating sinusoidal current at medium frequency (2500 Hz - 4000 Hz - 10000 Hz), modulated in amplitude, characterized by a high capacity of penetration into the tissues and excellent tolerability even by particularly sensitive patients.

  • Acute low back pain
  • Cervical pain
  • Chronic low back pain
  • Frozen Shoulder
  • Post-Surgical Pain
Electrotherapy

The list of Electrotherapy programs includes 92 combinations

Denervated Muscles

The stimulation of a denervated muscle differs from that of a healthy muscle in that the activation of the muscle fibers requires special currents.
In the presence of a traumatic lesion of the peripheral nerves, the measurement of the chronaxies allows to establish whether the denervation is scarce, partial or total.

  • Rectangular 1-2-3
  • Triangular 1-2-3
  • Trapezoidal 1-2-3
Iontophoresis

The iontophoresis program works by conveying pharmacological substances inside the tissues thanks to a continuous unidirectional electric current.
The ions of the medicament substance are transported inside the organism through the cutaneous zones that oppose low resistance to the current, thus reaching the cell membranes.

Aesthetics

Endowment of programs designed for body care and beauty: there are numerous specific treatments such as drainage, modeling, lipolysis, facial toning, anti-cellulite actions that can be applied individually or in combination with each other.
The effect of the stimulation is in fact enhanced if several treatments are combined together in each session: each phase of the treatment in fact acts in different and specific ways (for example: surface massage-drainage-deep massage-anti-cellulite action, toning) which, synergy between them, give you the best and longest lasting results.
