Ointment dressings that contain silver, and are made out of hydrophobic knitted tulle which is in turn made of polyamide based on silver element fibers. When contacting the wound, these fibers act against any microbes and for positive bacteria. The patches are impregnated with a neutral ointment that contains no vaseline or paraffins of any kind. The pads are permeable to the secretions, and feature excellent folding capabilities. They do not stick onto the wound. With microbiological action that lasts at least for a week. .
