As an alternative to using a sizing guide, you can also measure your nose width with a ruler. Different measurements correspond to the following sizes:
- Small: 23-37 mm
- Medium: 30-45 mm
- Large: 45-55 mm
AirFit N20 fit instructions
- Release lower headgear straps.
- Hold the mask against your face and pull the headgear over your head.
- Bring lower straps below your ears and loop into mask frame.
- Adjust Velcro tabs on upper headgear straps.
- Adjust Velcro tabs on lower headgear straps.
- Connect device tubing to mask elbow.
- Connect elbow to mask.
- Switch on therapy device.
How to measure your ideal mask size at home
If you’re about to start therapy or curious about a new mask and aren’t able to visit a CPAP store, how will you know which size mask is right for you? Luckily, it’s easy to find the correct mask size from the comfort of your own home!

Measure your face using a printed sizing template
- 1. Download the file and open it. Print the file at home. It doesn’t need to be in color – black and white is fine.
- 2. After printing the template, get a pair of scissors and cut out along the dotted line
- 3. Select the most appropriate size by referring to the area of the guide
